Leather, Laughter, and Learning: Veterans Crafting Confidence

Last weekend’s veteran leathercraft session was a powerful reminder of what hands-on creativity can unlock. From hesitant first stitches to beautifully finished belts and pouches, the progress was remarkable. One veteran proudly shared, “I never thought I’d make something like this — now I want to keep going.”

The workshop wasn’t just about leather — it was about connection, pride, and rediscovery. Veterans supported each other, swapped stories, and left with more than just handmade items. They left with renewed confidence.

Every stitch told a story. Every smile proved the impact.
